Payments
We accept major credit cards for orders under $1,000 AUD. First-time customers will need to provide a copy of their credit card and photo ID for verification. For card payments exceeding $1,000 AUD, please contact us to discuss available options.
All payments made through our website undergo manual approval after our security checks are completed. Buyers are responsible for any fees associated with wire or bank transfers. No items will be shipped until we have received full payment.
Watch Connect does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may provide store credit if the watch remains unworn, and is in the exact condition as when it was delivered.
The buyer assumes all risks when returning an item. If the item is found not to be misrepresented, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee, along with any shipping and insurance costs.
Shipping
Once payment has cleared in our bank account, all items will be promptly shipped. Each watch is fully insured for its full value during shipping.
In the event of lost or stolen packages, refunds will only be processed after the insurance claim has been approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, or fees applicable in the destination country.
Warranty
Watch Connect provides a minimum 3-month mechanical warranty on pre-owned watches, unless the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds this period. Please note that water resistance is neither tested nor guaranteed.
